Contract Suspended
I have a contract with MTN and they just decided to suspend it. Last month I paid my instalment in store and explained to the cashier that I paying the instalment in cash because I have a problem with my bank account. <br> <br> However, MTN decided to suspend my account on the 16th March due to outstanding payment. I went to the nearest branch to query this suspension and their system showed my account as up to date and nothing was outstanding. Actually I had surplus of R60 in my account.<br> <br> The suspension of my account cost me a lot and since I don't owe them anything I think they should just cancel my stupid account and leave me alone.
