CONTRACT SUBSCRIPTION HIKE
Good Day<br> <br> i have a complaint about my 2 contracts that i have logged a query at MTN the Glen that i received no feed back on.<br> <br> the prices on my contracts has been increased and no one can tell me why, how can youy advertise and let a client sign a contract for R470 per month and charge them R523.99? the same with my data contract, i signed a contracty for R149 per month and i am being charged R 154.99? i want the additional money to be refunded to me and be charged what i signed for... how can you change prices on a fixed contract as you please, is that even legal??????
