Contract simcard not working

I am giving 1 star because there is no option go give zero star. MTN deserves no star at all, the service is pathetic and they treat customers like they are making us a favour. I app**** for a contract last week and I am unable to make calls nor access the internet. I called MTN, went to the MTN stores, reached them on both emails and Twitter yet my issue is still not resolved. Instead I get a standard rehe****d answer all the time. No one is able to assist me yet they expect a payment. What type of nonsense is this??
