Contract SIM deal ****

I got a call from a service consultant offering me a Contract deal. He called me constantly, till I made the deal with him. He then confirmed that it was an Uncapped deal. He told me his name is Musa.. confirmed the deal and my personal information. Yesterday I find out that the SIM card. Is out of data. I called the Billing department only to be told that . The deal I have is not Uncapped.. and My point of sales was created by a Lady Named Mandisa . Then they give me a number that does not go through.. now I'm stuck. When I call ***** department they also give me the same number that does not work.
