Contract Signed in May 2015 Not Activated but Paid

Mrs van Eden signed a contract approximately June 2015, but instead of doing a sim swop, the attendant requested a new number. The matter has not been resolved despite a tremendous amount of follow-up by Mrs van Eden, and despite Mrs van Eden having paid the amount of the contract but not receiving the service. Resolution is required immediately.

Thank you for your post.

We have tried to call you on voice mail.

Please can we assisted with the pre-paid cell number that were supposed to be activated on the contract for number for life for Mrs Van Eden

Please assist us with the sim card number as well.

Once this has been finalized we can pass the credit since the day of the contract activated.
