Contract Service is so bad

I have over paid my canceled contract

I need to be refunded however whenever I call 135 I get transferred to contracts only for the call to cut. I have been calling since last week and and to this day I haven't spoken to anyone who can assist me because calls get cut off.

I sent an email to retention but we all know they only respond after 2 weeks.

Times are tough I need my money back.
