Contract ********

I was contacted by a MTN consultant in September of this year, told that due to the decrease in the cost of data, my current package had been amended and I would receive increased data at no cost to me. This point I repeatedly confirmed with the consultant as it seemed a bit too good to be true. I agreed to the change but immediately thereafter my monthly contract fees have increased three fold. I have phoned and emailed more times than I can count. I have received promises of someone getting back to me and the situation being sorted out. It is now 3 months later, thousands of rands have been deducted off my account and I am no where near to a solution or resolution.
