Contract ****

Getting a data plan with MTN is the worst thing ever. I app**** for their R300 120GB data plan back in June online however you don't even send that amount from July I got only 50GB I enquired with them countless times via call and email but still my problem wasn't rectified I ended up resorting to canceling my contract with them however they their retentions department doesn't answer my calls. I went to the physical store and they told me they can't help me. The contract I app**** for wasn't even honored yet they debit from my account every month and I have to reverse it cause they can't cancel my contract after begging them to rectify my problem.
