Contract ****

MTN contracts are a ****. They advertise and sell with the information that the contracted price is for 24 months but apparently when there is inflation that price also increase. Mind you, without prior knowledge or informing the client. I have spoken to different agents , different explanations i got and still they deducted more premiums every month. I was told "i cant change the price ma'am, the billing department says so" . Wow. Wow wow wow is all i can say.

Next i will just port my number to somewhere i will be valued and not ****ed.
