Contract renewal

I wanted to renew a contract, but it turned out that another was also due. Deidre showed great professionalism in showing us all the options and making good suggestions. She really cared and made a tedious process a pleasure. Their system went off-line and she also handled that very well, not wasting our time but working around the problem. Great job!
