Contract renewal
<p>My gran took a contract out with MTN for me as I was still a studen at the time.</p> <p>Fast forward to last year August, MTN dude calls her and asks about upgrading and she asks me, so I say no don't upgrade, cancel the contract to both her and the MTN dude. We think it's sorted, to date she is still getting deductions. So I went to Pietermaritzburg (From JHB0 to help her sort this out,. We went to MTN Edendale Mall and the lady there looked and sounded like we were greatly disturbing her and she said no we need to get an affidavit. I then asked why if the calls are recorded. She said I must call MTN Direct. I did that and they also said we need an affidavit (Curious right because we told "All calls are recorded and available to you should you require it).</p> <p> </p> <p>I called again earlier today and got through to retention or something. Spoke to a lady called Grace who said she will escalate and E-mail supervisors bla bla. I asked to be copied into the E-Mail and she said she would. Still nothing about 5 hours later.</p> <p> </p> <p>The MTN Direct number ( ********** 667) isn't getting answered and now I'M the one running around trying to resolve MTN's incompetency</p> <p> </p> <p>You Guys Are RIDICULOUS.. As for the service? joke of the year</p>

The contract holder is Nerah Velephi Zondi, her number ********** 142.
I dont know the account number, however she can do the security checks.
Can a consultant call her today to resolve this. Becuase to be quiet honest MTN is aware that their employees are making their own changes to people's contracts.
We will NOT get an affidavit up until the call between her and that consultant who renewed the contract is in our possession so I can go down to PMB and take her to write an affidavit that says"As per the voice call that you can clearly hear and should monitor, we didn't agree to renewing the contract" because you guys are that ridiculous and all about inconviniencing people who do everything right just because you a big company and basically can do as you please becuase we just the little people here with no lives and are made to sort your problems out at our own cost
