Contract referred to legal

<p>Last year 2016 November I wanted to buy a property but sadly I found that the cell phone contract I have with MTN has been escalated to their legal department. I went to vaalmall branch to follow up with the matter. I was then asked to write a statement and forward my ID copy to the legal department. The process was completed but till to date I haven't had any communication from the service provider. I went to vaalmall branch three times to seek further assistance but not has materialized. Can MTN please respond to this matter.</p>
