Contract Problem

My husband had a contract with Mtn, contract ended in December 2021, he called MTN advised them to close contract cancel it. He was told it will close in January 2022 after last debit. Boom he was told he owes R840 and l decided to pay it as number was blocked. Then boom MTN debits another R840, for what l don't why. Please who ever is in charge with Mtn accounts kindly refund the back the R840 they debited from the account. Because that's ****************, emails were sent no reply. My husband is not well, sent an email to MTN accounts that he wants MTN to call me l handle this issue.
