Contract phone with the the wrong package.
I regret taking a contract with MTN, I am highly disappointed and furious. I placed an order in December 2014 and requested a Top up package and that the amount of R189 to be debited from my account how ever the agent gave me the wrong package. I have informed the the agent in December 2014 that I am on the wrong package and she promised to have it sorted out and she will get back to me with updates, unfortunately enough I was the one who had to follow up with her.

I have also escalated it to the supervisor and they she did not help me with anything. I previously laid a complaint on Hello Peter and I was promised that the manager will call me and no one contacted me.

I requested for the contract to be cancelled and the agent promised the it will be cancelled as she has escalated, that was also not done.

Now they have sent me to lawyers without sorting their mess out and with out even notifying me how ridiculous is that, as if its all my fault.

I am not sure if I should take this to Speak out or Consumer act.

My email: [Email Removed] and my contact number is the very same one that you gave to lawyers.
