Contract Phone not delivered.

Hi there. I am still yet to receive my contact phone from MTN after it was brought to my address by DSV. I was told on the day that the authentication system wasn't working, but I have not been contacted again to arrange delivery, and I worry that my order has now been put down the pecking order.

I find it unacceptable that I have to be a victim of your service when I'm in dire need of my replacement phone.

I find the handling of my request to be abhorrent as nobody from DSV has managed to fulfil my request after countless calls
