Contract phone MTN

MTN contract phone, I had a contract with mtn for so many years but when I have to cancel, there's long queue. You can not understand why is it like this because when you join only one person to do that. But for me to cancel it's a process, and worse their legal department there is no line to talk to them, on the other hand your is listed at ITC. I'll never do anything like contract with them, never. I'm very disappointed with their services, they very long to get back to me.
