Contract phone application query
Greetings
I hereby do a follow up regarding a cellphone contract application done at Mtn shop Randburg Square last week Monday. The lady did her part i applaud her very well, stumbling block was that my ID NUMBER was reflecting on the OLD MTN SYSTEM and the query was escalated so that they can either remove it or transfer to the new system. I'm still waiting for feedback and cannot wait for much longer as i need to know if the feeback is positive or negative. The feedback will assist me in knowing if i will be able to proceed with the application or i need to go apply with the alternative MTN COMPETITORS.

28 Feb 2023, 15:10No response as yet, im so disappointed in MTN i have been a loyal customer, i have never used any other network but MTN, i called in today their line was very bad poor.
