Contract Phone

I ordered a phone while on call with an MTN consultant bc I didn’t have time to go to the store, we completed application on different calls and not once did I receive a confirmation, few days later a phone got delivered to my house and to my surprise it was something totally different to what I had ordered, i immediately returned it to the store, I got the run around and was told they have to book the phone to be returned to warehouse, was told to wait 7 days for that process to be completed then we will apply for the correct phone in store. After numerous visits to the store I’m still getting the run around, what’s worse is that I’M GETTING BILLED FOR A PHONE I DID NOT AGREE ON, A PHONE I DID NOT OPEN OR USE, A PHONE THAT I RETURNED TO THE STORE meaning I don’t have it. I AM SUPER FRUSTRATED AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this company, worse I hadn’t even started using the services and already I’m having the absolute worst experience.
