Contract Phone

I took a contract phone with MTN 2022 October and returned it without opening or using it at Alberton City Mall MTN store then Made sure the contract was closed ,it's To my surprise now two years later that I owe MTN for a phone I didn't use . I'm getting calls from Nimble debt collectors.
