Contract phone

I am having endless problems with MTN since 2019.

I app**** for a contract phone Sumsang A10 at MTN park station in Johannesburg I was helped by Sbusiso,I qualified but he told me I should come and collect the phone after three days,I went there Wednesday afternoon only to find out that the phone was a demo he told me there have to take back the phone to the repairs that will take some days I told him to cancel the contract I dont want the phone any more,he said he will tell his Manager David,I did some follow up the manager didnt do anything about this case today I'm receiving a text from MTM saying MTN has appointed CSS to assist you with a payment plan on your overdue account, call . Standard Bank Acc:....I did not even walk out of the shop with the phone I told the guy to cancel it on the very same day...Even the manager wont help me I'm saying this because today it's the 12th Aug 2020 a case that took place last year early 2019...today I'm owing MTN for a phone I did not even take out of the shop...
