Contract phone

I app**** for a phone with Mondo in January till to this day the phone was not delivered. I have been to MTN stores & I can’t be assisted. I have called Mondo a number of times still nothing is changing instead I am getting billed for something I don’t have & it’s irritating the hell out of me & this thing is messing up my credit score.
