Contract Payment
<p>Today(17-01-2017) I tried calling MTN customer service 173 but I could not reach a "service champion". I called in to get contact details of their legal department regarding my contract account I had with MTN that i couldn't pay.</p> <p>Mid last year I also tried contacting them I spoke to a lady Phumela Nyanda who gave me her email address ********** promised that she will let the legal deartmnt to contact me, they never did!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know what is happening with my account, MTN never ever contacted me in any form of communication. What must I do now?</p>

According to our legal department the account balance owing in 2014-04 was for R5949.08. The account was handed over in April 2014 to Norton Lambianos Dept collectors.
You need to contact the debt collectors to assist you with the payments arrangements to make payment to the account. The contact number ***.
