contract package not received
Hi Peter im an an MTN contract customer upgraded my phone March and the package includes 300MB data and sms only received minutes not sms and the MB called them sunday around 2pm and they promised it will be added on my account within 48hrs and that has passed and their caontact centre they cut of calls, last person i spoke to was Thuthu and he assured me il receive my package but still nothing has been done.
