Contract outstanding payment.
We paid our cell phone contracts upfront in 2013 after the contracts expired in 2014 and lines were stopped and everything was confirmed that we are no longer MTN subscribers we receive a phone call 9months later from Norman Bisset attorneys saying we owe MTN money??? Now my question is why did it take them so long to let us know there are outstanding monies? Why was the lines not cut off while they were still activated seeing that we haven't paid our accounts up to date? Why when we stopped our contracts weren't we told you still owe us x amount???? Now after almost two years ago that we paid them upfront for these contracts we have to find proof of payments and bank statements etc because they have nothing on file ??? This is really pathetic service from MTN quick to hand us over but when we ask why they haven't let us known the time when the contracts expired that monies where outstanding they say they don't know ????

We do apologize for the delayed response and for any inconvenience caused.
We have now perused the account and we see that the payment made up front only paid the accounts up until the invoices dated the 11th of May 2014.
There were months that you had additional charges for calls and content on the cell-phone number ending with 6913 (MTN Broadband Lite). We see the numbers ending with 4200 & 4188 went over to a month to month basis after August 2014 and all services & subscription was charged at standard rates.
Please call *** and request to be transferred to the Legal Department for further assistance.
