Contract Number Change still pending

I called before doing anything as I felt I needed to understand processes before taking a step further.<br> <br> I went into the Greenstone Mtn to do a number swop, which I was told takes 2-24hours and follow instructions which I did that every 2 hours, switch off the phone and switch it back on which i have successfully done for a full 24 hours.<br> <br> 24 hours later, I have no working line and number change has not been effective, i call the callcenre and got hung up on 4 times, given numbers that dont go through to call a different department as they all tell me they cannot help,it is only unfortunate i have just upgraded which i regret and now i cannot move to a different network or cancel my contact. I need a working phone as I have none. <br> <br> The only way to get ahold of me is by e-mail while i try and make a plan b to get another phone, my business and life is on hold.
