Contract number cancelation

Mtn is gone down to the DOGS!!I I am FRUSTRATED, I have been trying for weeks to cancel my number, have paid the total cancelation fee and still they have not canceled My contract number!!! They are using the cancelation fee Iv paid for credit which is WRONG. I am upto my wits with mtn!!
