Contract not updated
I renewed my MTN cellphone contract during Black Friday Specials. It was an MTN made for business deal at R999 for 1000 minutes, 23 gigs data and 200 SMS. I was never sent a contract and although I am being charged more, my contract on the system - according to the call centre - is 500 minutes, 300 sms, 3 gigs of data. Please can this be rectified asap and any refunds due to me be reimbursed. I have also sent MTN a message on Twitter but with absolutely no feedback.

27 Mar 2019, 17:05Hi, I received a few sms's from MTN saying "Welcome to MTN Business". However, the problem has still not been rectified and no-one has called me. I still have 500 minutes instead of 1000. I have 20 GIG's on my bill but am also still being charged a 2G service fee for R228.07?
