CONTRACT NOT CANCELLED

My MTN cell phone contract expired on the 25-5-2015 I went to the branch the at Carnival City Mall to cancel my contract as I am a pensioner and can no longer afford this contract. I was told my Chantel that MTN are on strike and she does not know when it will be done i noticed the form canceling my contract hand not been completed and was expected to leave without a copy I had to insist that she give me a copy. It is now two weeks later and still my contract has not been cancelled. When I phoned the branch at Carnival City Mall a week later i was told MTN was on strike the person on the phone was very rude and refused to help me or to even make a inquiry and very nicely told me to go to hell. I have been a customer with MTN for a very long time over 10 years it is clear that they have no respect for pensioners.
