Contract not canceled!!

Never again will I take a contract with mtn ,

My account was paid in full 3 months ago and to date I have been asking them to cancel my contract . I spoke to 5 consultants if not more and they all speak as if it’s going to be done . They are still debiting amounts from my account even though I was advised I have a credit refund .

I’m not happy with the customer service as it is pathetic.
