Contract not active

On 6 November I went to MTN in Senekal to sign up for a new data contract on my number ********** 820. They guy who helped me was Tertius and he assure me that my contract is done. When I checked my details on the MTN app the next day, I saw that my number is prepaid. I enquire this on your web and they sent me this email today: Thank you for emailing MTN SA.

Kindly be advised that your number is on pre paid. Kind Regards, Mamokiritle Seloma Customer Services MTN SA Reference Number: ********** 2

I want to know what is going on??

Still nothing from MTN.... They promise to revert back but nothing... I'm going to take this matter to the ombudsman
