Contract not a Contract , Paying more
I have a contract , which if I understand correctly it should be a contract that stays the same over a period of 2 years that you signed for , now the last time I paid 499 a month it went up to 509 , which is fine but when I got my statement for September 2015 its 695.60 ??? and a thing added named short message is on the invoice , and I have never added this, Wonder how MTN will feel if someone starts charging them more without any prior notice<br> , phoned the call centre and they seem to be sleeping at there desk as well as they don't answer

Kindly be advised that you are on the MTN Choice 100 minutes open contract. The system shows that the charge for Short Message is for the premium rated sms that were sent from your number, charged at R 10 each including VAT. The premium rated sms do not deplete from your sms bundle.
