Contract never cancelled

The service is terrible. I cancelled a contract end of August 2023, paid the cancellation fee, just to find out to my shock end of September the contract was never cancelled, and I should pay the fees again. I have contacted the legal department where I am ignored, I contacted the CEO Ralph Mupita, still being ignored. He actually blocked my emails. The customer care claims they can't get hold of me, but the outstanding amount SMSs comes through without fail!!! All on my side was done according to their cancelations procedures, They claim their calls are recorded but tell them to go back whilst you give them the exact date and time and you will get no feedback or response, This is why we as clients get rude and angry and refuse to use your service!!! By the looks of reviews the service level at MTN is rock bottom terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!
