Contract must be cancelled when requested.

I cancelled my data contract sim card in June but I'm still being debited, called and try to find out what's going on and I was told there's nothing they can do as my account is suspended. Today I called to arrange payment as I have a cellphone contract as well but the consultant hanged up on me without providing any solution.
