Contract Migration REQ:***
Mtn management team last responded with this reference REQ:***, however nothing has been resolved yet. You cannot be serious that this cannot be resolved for so long. I made the application to migrate these contracts at BayWest Mall have since made several phone calls to Maurisha Rossouw at BayWest Mall in Port Elizabeth and she has ignored all my calls. Please resolve the migration of contracts as a matter of urgency. How much time do you need to resolve such a smoke matter, is incompetence or negligence of your duties. Iam disgusted that this matter has not been resolved and I have to call Maurisha Rossouw everyday at BayWest Mall and she ignores my phones...that's very unprofessional.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delay with the matter being resolved.
We have now perused your account and we can confirm that any package lower than the MTN Choice 500 package. We do also see that a request from the store was for you to migrate to the MTN Choice 200 will incur a cost of R86.84 excluding VAT.
We can confirm that you will be able to migrate to a lower package but you will still be liable for the promo service fee which is your handset installment fee.
Please visit our nearest dealer to call the contact center to confirm new subscription and promo fee.
We sincerely hope that this is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.
