Contract migration
When I signed the Mtn Sky contract I was informed that I can migrate after 3 months. However I recently app**** to migrate all my current contract with Mtn to lowest possible packages without pay-in. The application has since been declined due to the promotional nature of the contract packages. This is new information to me. I feel that I as mislead. I request Mtn to migrate all these contract to lowest possible packages without paying-in.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delay with the matter being resolved.
We have now perused your account and we can confirm that any package lower than the MTN Choice 500 package. We do also see that a request from the store was for you to migrate to the MTN Choice 200 will incur a cost of R86.84 excluding VAT.
We can confirm that you will be able to migrate to a lower package but you will still be liable for the promo service fee which is your handset install me fee.
