Contract Mess

I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with MTN. I am being wrongfully billed for the past 2 months. I upgraded my contract in November and was told the contract didn't go through, I then was told to do another upgrade and now I've been charged an early cancellation fee for the contract I was told did not go through. Also they haven't loaded the discounts for the 1st and 2nd contract (November and December). My bill is now R3000 for the month of December. I also believe none of their departments want to take responsibility as all reference numbers have been closed. I will now have to take this up further and visit my lawyer. MTN have *********** and unskilled staff!!!
