CONTRACT MESS

Good day l am so sick n fed up with MTN, how can you say my contract account is in arrears while l told them well to close the contract as it was paid up.

Knowing very well l am rentrenched but kept up with my payments. All l need from MTNis to email me paid up letter. You can't spoil my credit record while l stated account To be closed. Fix this please
