Hi
I recently updated a contract and since then my airtime gets used even though I don't make calls. I spoke to Mtn and they said i must check for content services, but there were none, and then they said Mtn will use airtime to run apps if you are running more than one, But I am just using a new iPhone and didn't have this problem with old iPhone. I sent an email to mtn complaints 9 days ago with no response please see email below. My statement is still true that I want to give the device back and cancel contract immediately, as they are not living up to promise to keep you happy

to complaints Hi
I hope some one can help me as I am at the point of returning the device and canceling contract!!
I recently upgraded my wifes contract from iPhone6s to iPhone7. Ever since the upgrade the airtime keeps disappearing with NO subscription services. We load R100, 30 seconds later its on R0 then back to R11 then R33 then R0. This keeps happening even though she has an active data bundle, and background app refresh is turned off as well has wifi assist. There was never this issue with previous contract, only when I upgraded and I am getting tired of this issue. I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP, or I will have to cancel contract and debit order.
