Contract is stopped yet MTN is still *****ing our money
<p>We signed a 24 month contract with Mtn after numerous phone calls and visits to the branch in welkom nobody can tell us why this happening. </p> <p>We have various references to this problem yet no correction was done, Today to my surprice yet another debit order went from our bank account, How much more money should we lose before something will be done, I demand a full investigaction from MTN to sort out this problem... Nobody could help us or explain the deductions. So the deductions of more than R598.00per month whent on and on and on.. I don’t know but the account is now closed</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>On 2016-10-31 MTN deducted once again R199.99 …. For what reason?</p> <p> </p> <p>Our signed contract was signed for 2 year not 2 years and 3 months</p> <p>And our signed was for R299.00 x 2 = R598.00 per month.</p> <p> </p> <p>We lost a lot of money thru this contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not stop until everything is corrected... I want my money back....</p> <p> </p>
