Contract Insurance

I have been with MTN for more than 2 years now. during my upgrade the agent ever mentioned that i need to get insurance for my phone, i just assumed if they are not telling/mentioning or give me an option to insure my phone it is automatically insured since its a contract phone. i just find out when i got ******. now i have to pay for the phone i dont have i am so unhappy with MTN. for those who are on MTN contract please make sure you insure your phone to avoid this situation
