CONTRACT INCORRECTLY PORTED FROM NASHUA/MTN

I had a data contract with Nashua Mobile , who in November 2014 handed all their contract to the various cell phone companies to manage themselves . My acc was 1 GIG DATA a month , once done acc blocked till new month . So MTN takes over the contract , does'nt honour the contract , they tell me they dont do that ... I get an account of R 1252.00 . So I try and resolve the issue , no statement for me to check ..Thats not happening either . Eventually after amost 2 weeks of nobody answering their phones , I get hold of someone at MTN ...Useless !! They tell me i must find my contract because its not their responsility ... So I get help from Nashua and send the contract ... guess what , its still my fault because they dont consider :bill limit service is not applicable at MTN ... So what is my recourse now ... Do I accept this ****py , thieving service from them or do I port my contract to VODACOM

Hello SUZANNE3041,

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and the delayed response to your post. It was not our intention to have dissatisifed you in any way.

We have now had a look at your account and see that you were issued with the statement & invoice for your billing dated the 1st of January 2015 on the 21st of February 2015.

A data validation request was also logged for the packet switch data call charges for the cell-phone number ending with 5370. The usage was deemed valid by our Customers service data validation team. There was no duplicates found or errors in the report.

From a complaints resolution perspective, we (Complaints Department) would like to offer you a 50% credit of the total addtional usage (R830.06) on the invoice in question which amounts to R415.03. This credit will be allocated the account and is non-refundable.

Please send us an e-mail to *** with this correspondence attached to confirm if you accept the credit and then we will process it.
