Contract has been cut off

My contract has been cut off for a week now. I have been to MTN stores and it shows I do not have a contract with MTN. Called customer care and no one can assist me because the Epix department is closed. Now I am stuck with a phone that I cannot use but I am expected to pay my account.

Absolutely horrible service and does nothing to assist customers. Just call again on Monday.
