Contract fumble

<p>I apply for a contract on the 13th of January and I was told my application was approved on the 20th and I was told I could collect my phone on the 21st. I arrived on the 21st and I was turned back with no phone and no further information as to when I should return. Cool.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today on the 25th I was told again to come collect my phone, and upon my arrival and waiting 30 minutes, low and behold I was told my application hasn't been approved.
