Contract for a Laptop and a Cell phone
<p>What a terrible and pathedic servive I have ever experince with mtn.</p> <p>I advise evryone who wishes to take contract with MTN not to unless they want to black listed for no reason.</p> <p>I have been given run arround and the worse part is that no one is able to assist.</p> <p>I had 2 contracts with mtn for a cell phone and a laptop and I was handed over to legal which always drop my calls when I try to call them.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />MTN stores also can't help me with the matter, actually no one is able or willing to help me I am being giving runaround every time I call them or go to the mtn stores.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Laptop contract was meant to be 24 months and was paid off but it is still with legal and when I call they just hang up on me.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />On cellphone contract I was given a wrong package by the agent that was helping me (Chongo at MTN store) and I ask them to correct the error they made on my contract however they kept on making empty promises and I had also spoke to the supervisor at the store and she couldn't assist me either.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Numbers in question: ********** 489 which has now been given to someone and ********** 433 which is locked since last year.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />You can email me or call me on ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Everytime I try to call them or go to the MTN stores they give me stories.</p> <p> </p>

Still no response or any update from mtn. Again still noting!!!!! would like to say mtn sucks for no one able to help with our complaint, Does Mtn ever respond to the complaints posted in this page? Please don't make us fools Mtn. I doubt if my query will ever be resolved since there is no one to update me. I have been complaining for the past 3-4 years and no one has been able to have my query resolved. I complained from the 1 month after taking a contract with mtn.
