CONTRACT FINISHED 31 DECEMBER 2014 STILL DEDUCTING
MY CONTRACT A****** FINISHED 31 DECEMBER 2014 AND THEY CONTINUE TO DEDUCT R159.00 EVERY MONTH PLUS LAST MONTH THEY DEDUCTED AN ADDITIONAL R499.99. I HAVE SENT THEM NUMEROUS EMAILS REMINDING THEM THAT MY CONTRACT HAS FINISHED AND TO STOP DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY WILL NOT STOP. I WANT THEM TO STOP *****ING MYMONEY AND TO REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY. I HATE *******.

Please accept our apologies for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Our records indicate that even though the request for cancellation was received , the contract could not be terminated as the debit order for the invoice of the 20th November and for other invoices were reversed.
Please note that the account is Billed a month in arrears and the contract ended on the 5th of December and the terms and conditions of the contract states that the contract cannot be cancelled until all outstanding amounts has been paid. The amount of R329.40 is due as the account is on the month to month basis.
