Contract Fees Increase ?
<p>Good Day MTN</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to express my dissapointment with you. I received a single SMS to say that MTN has now taken over my contract from Autopage and suddenly my monthly subsciption fees has doubled !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am sure MTN is now trying to recover the fines they receive all over the world for ******* operations from their contract subscribers and ordinary MTN pre paid customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also want you to stop sending me SMS's about u data that is depleting !!!! Its anoying if i want data ill buy !!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I expect a call from a senior MTN customer relations officer to clarify and address the monthly fees they bill at moment ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Kindly be advised that our system shows that you are on the MTN Anytime 100 Topup package for R 497.37 per month as per information received from Autopage. Your number also has additional services loaded; BIS for R 59.00 plus Hotspotter for R 39.00 plus PhoneBox for R 25.00 plus Sim Insurance for R 6.00 and Call Line Identity for R 9.00 per month. Please may you fax us a copy of your contract to ********** 772 if the package is incorrect .
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you and to restore your faith in us.
