NO. CONTRACT EXPIRED SO NOW YOU OVERCHARGING ME? i did no cancel - you did not, so why the increased rates? My original contract was evergreen NO? cant even cancel now - cause retention dept is not anaviavleble??? whos problem is that? and i HAVE TO CALL AGAIN .. 3X TIME AND COUNTING and sorry mam is only responce :( BAD BAD BAD
