Contract Expired now they refuse to cancel
After our contract ***) expired MTN advised us to pay R 808 to cancel the subscription. And now when we go into the branch to get more information they refuse to help us Saying that they are on strike and just pulling up there shoulders. We have been with MTN for years and there billing has become so expensive and they bill you for anything they seem fit. <br> <br> Please help we want to cancel our subscription and go on with our lives.
