Then i was informed that MTN head office is on strike and that they will resolve this matter. The contract expired end of May already and still to date I am still not getting any help from the stores. Last week I was informed to pay R198 to have it close which i now did, yesterday i enquired again and was told to pay another R500. I have asked the manager to forward me a report of my payments, they now says I can get it from head office, Tired calling their call center number and cannot get through. Hello Peter please assist.
