Contract expired
I have checked my credit report and there is an amount of R356 outstanding. Can you please write his amount off and also send me a paid up letter as I don’t owe MTN anything. The contract ended 29 November 2015. I was migrated to prepaid in January 2016.
Please this is affecting my credit report.

Your cancellation request was received 30/12/2015.
The contract was only cancelled 6-1-2016.
The balance of R356.49 has been credited to clear the balance. The credit will reflect by Thursday on the account.
You can send a request to the legal department to assist you with the pay up leeter, the email address ***.
